community policing

Our very own local Police Officer, PCSO Debbie Robbins, who can often be seen either driving around Chapmanslade, helping our Speed Watch teams, or chatting to folks at Community Coffee Mornings, gives us some general advice and issues monthly reports which can be viewed on this page.

Debbie can be contacted by calling 101
or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Debbie says:

Lock your garages and sheds.  We see many instances of sheds and garages being broken into in our area. It is a good idea to keep a record of any serial numbers of equipment. Websites such as allow you to securely register the details of valuable items.

Remove valuables from your cars when parked in beauty spots. Theft from motor vehicles parked in local beauty spot areas is a constant problem. Never leave anything, especially valuables, on view. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for vehicle windows to be smashed and items stolen.
